--Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity with a growing and established company. This person will be responsible for managing projects and coordinating with the project team, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other personnel to execute an effective project. You will be the single point of contact for clients and will be responsible for collaborating with them to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner. You will over see a team of about 5-7 engineers and designers and provide guidance on construction and renovation projects to determine the best options for costs. You will be responsible for continuously monitoring projects and project cash flow including but not limited to budgeting, scheduling and labor forecasting.
Job Requirements
--Requirements:
--Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management within related field.
--Background in Commercial and Industrial Construction, Industrial HVAC, Design Build Contracting or Energy Efficient field.
--Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred or 10 years experience in related field.
--Proficient with Word, Excel, Scheduling, Project Management software preferred.
--Proficient in Revit and or BIM360 a plus.
--Knowledge of OSHA and other construction related codes preferred.
--PE license a plus.
