Job Description
Manage and oversee TI/Interiors construction projects Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and construction teams Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction Lead a team of construction professionals and subcontractors Comply with industry regulations and safety standards Handle any arising issues or delays in the project Report project progress to senior management MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
A degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in project management software Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards Exceptional problem-solving skills What's on Offer
