Job Description
Works with the key project and construction individual to monitor action plans to avoid potential construction contractor cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes. Responsible to coordinate with client, design team, subcontractors and vendors to maintain current and timely construction information, processing of change order approval and implementation. Responsible to coordinate with client, design team, subcontractors and vendors to maintain current and timely construction information Maintain master project schedule and recovery with Superintendent input. The Successful Applicant
Degree from an accredited university, preferably B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field Experience working on Class A Office renovation projects along with other sectors of commercial construction 5+ years as a construction project manager for a general contractor Technology savvy, understanding of construction software (MS office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) Strong communication skills and ability to handle any issues that arise on site Experience managing multiple subcontractors on projects What's on Offer
