Our civil construction client is looking for a qualified Project Manager to join their growing team to manage a variety of civil and utility projects. In this position, you will have mentorship along with a compelling career track. Our client's office is based in Broomfield, CO, and you will be expected to work both on project sites in the Denver metro area as well as in the office. Project Manager
Compensation
Base Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 with bonus available. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and Sick Time; Company Vehicle or compensation for personal vehicle will be included. Responsibilities
• Preparation of bids and proposals
• Generating, preparing, and submitting invoices per the terms of the contract
• Production analysis for the overall direction, completion, change orders, and financial outcomes of the project
• Develop initial project schedules and update and maintain project schedules
• Contract oversight and compliance-understand contractual obligations to owners, subs, and vendors
• Risk management; safety, quality, and financial
• Responsible for monitoring and managing work-in-process, billings, and outstanding accounts receivable collection efforts Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferred
• 3-5 years of heavy civil/utility-related construction project management experience on projects ranging from $10M - $100M+
• Experience with Viewpoint, HCSS, and B2W, strongly preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Self-reliant and able to operate independently
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction including estimating, schedules, budget, and safety
Pay Details:
$90,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
