A full-service civil construction company specializing in large-scale site infrastructure, underground, and road work is seeking a skilled Project Manager. This role will oversee construction and engineering projects in alignment with contract documents. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing Heavy Civil/Heavy Highway projects.

Responsibilities: Prepare bids and proposals for projects Generate, prepare, and submit invoices per contract terms for assigned projects Conduct production analysis to ensure project direction, completion, manage change orders, and achieve financial objectives Develop initial project schedules and maintain updates Oversee contract compliance and understand obligations to clients, subcontractors, and vendors Manage material procurement and logistics Conduct risk management for safety, quality, and financials Monitor work-in-process, handle billings, and oversee accounts receivable collection efforts Foster client relationships through consistent verbal and written communication
Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent management experience with partial education may be considered Proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, B2W, and Microsoft Project Experience with ViewPoint HCSS required 5+ years of heavy civil/heavy highway project management experience on projects ranging from $10M - $100M+ Strong skills in project management and communication Self-reliant with the ability to work independently Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and safety
