Job Description

Provide project management assistance through completion of projects on time and under budget. Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential. Help create, review, negotiate, and works with the project team to process the meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information Establish, communicate, and implement the Project Schedule Interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget. Develop a thorough understanding of the details of the project Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program. The Successful Applicant

Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish alongside Project Managers Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Project Managers Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders What's on Offer

A competitive base salary between $75,000-$100,000 (Depending on Experience) Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
