will work directly with our surgical leadership to build a strong partnership and support our surgeon employee population, aligning business objectives with team members and management. The role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and team members that reflect the business objectives of the organization. This role will coach, advise, and team with our leaders to ensure all employee relations matters are handled in a timely, consistent, and appropriate matter. In addition, the position works closely with the Sr. VP of HR involved with a broad spectrum of our people processes, developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions, and activities, and will support the development of a culture that engenders engagement and effectiveness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds trusted partnerships with leaders through consultative and collaborative efforts to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of people programs and services that support development and capabilities of our talent. Work closely with leaders and team members to cultivate relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provide coaching and guidance on performance-related issues, policy interpretations, people processes, culture, and standards; provide input for appropriate actions. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, mediate team member matters. Acts as an agent of change and steward of culture in all transformational initiatives. Support performance management processes, with a focus on evolving consistent feedback. Contribute to the creation and measurements of KPIs; analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Provide guidance and input on workforce, talent, and succession planning. Develops and supports learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for leadership and team members. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and team members accordingly. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated strong business and HR acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively within a fast-paced business environment. The ability to effectively prioritize demands and facilitate change is critical. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, and work with people at all levels within a complex, changing environment. Proven track record with managing employee relation issues. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong computer skills including above average proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrated high level of initiative, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Minimum of five years of experience as an HR Senior Manager/Director or similar capacity in multi-state operations with preference given to Business Partnership or Employee Relations. Proven project management skills with experience implementing projects across different functions. Demonstrated ability to drive and complete projects. Worked in healthcare or medical industry preferred Ability to understand key business drivers within a multi-state business model. Proven consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions. SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SPHR current certification preferred. COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 + Bonus.
