Your Role:

At MilliporeSigma, the Project Manager will be leading cross-functional teams at our Laclede Site for new product commercialization and business process projects within the Science & Lab Solutions Innovation Program Management Office. Specific responsibilities include:

Utilize project management best practices to ensure customer, time, scope, quality, and cost requirements are met Establish effective and efficient communications (written and verbal) between project team members and stakeholders on overall project deliverables, scope, timing, funding requirements, and resource analysis Manage tracking and reporting on projects and elevates issues to senior management in a timely fashion Facilitate teams financial planning and budget estimates Initiate and maintain overall project documentation Identify key risks and develops mitigation and contingency plans to minimize risk impact throughout the project life cycle Capture lessons learned effectively and implements in future projects Work independently with considerable latitude to establish priorities and activities to meet project objectives Champion the product development process throughout the organization and make recommendations to improve the Stage Gate commercialization process Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or other Life Science discipline 1+ years of experience leading teams through a structured stage-gated product development process Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing projects in a matrix organization Project management education, training and/or PMP certification Knowledge of quality standards like ISO900/ISO13485/cGMP Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management Proficient in project management tools and practices
