Digital Operations Analyst
for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 6 month remote contract role .

Responsibilities:
Apply advanced systems thinking and analytical methodologies to identify and resolve complex operational challenges and enhance clinical program effectiveness.
Extract and analyze data to inform strategic decisions, support clinical programs, and drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report operational metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and clinical stakeholders, to support product validation, coordinate new process implementations, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree (business, engineering, statistics, health care or related field) and two (2)+ years of relevant analyst role experience OR High School Diploma/GED and six (6)+ years relevant experience. 3+ years of FinOps Procedure experience and SLA Compliance 3+ years of being a role where they created and ran reports, trained users, and hands on usage of digital experience platforms 3+ years of vendor management experience What's in it for you?
