The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture) Minimum 15 years of industry experience Capable of guiding projects through all phases, from sales to closeout Proficient in project financial management Support sales efforts and client meetings Supervise junior staff in estimating and quantity take-offs Skilled at managing multiple negotiated contract projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary in-house teams Demonstrated leadership abilities What's on Offer
Extremely competitive base salary (125-140k) based on experience 3-4 weeks of PTO + 9 company holidays Annual discretionary bonus Health Insurance - company contribution is 75% towards premium. Health Saving Account (HSA) - Company contributes $1,000 annually to employee account + HRA. Dental Insurance - Company contribution combined with health plan is 75% towards premium. Life Insurance - A $20,000 policy that The Company pays 100% of the life insurance premiums. Disability Insurance - A voluntary insurance for both long and short term disability insurance. Life Insurance - A voluntary insurance to purchase additional life insurance for employee, spouse and/or children. 401K Plan discretionary company match, but historically the company matches 25% of first 5% of employee's contributions Company cell phone
