Function :
The Internal Project Manager (PM) acts as the primary liaison between Clearwing's Sales and Operations teams and the client, ensuring transparent communication of project expectations, requirements, and progress. The PM oversees production projects from start to finish, ensuring the final product is functional, meets client expectations, and adheres to Clearwing's standards. Responsibilities include designing project workflows, creating task timelines, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring accurate project engineering.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Organize and manage the execution phase of the project. Meet with Account Executives and clients, when necessary, to assess project needs. Facilitate weekly production meetings for each office. Schedule and run project kick-off meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication among all team members. Coordinate and update the account executive, staff, and client on schedule changes and evolving project expectations. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations that ensures a safe work environment by identifying and addressing potential hazards. Read, interpret, and analyze technical plots to fully understand project execution. Inspect on-site work to ensure it meets Clearwing's professional standards and complies with all regulatory requirements. Competencies :
Strong ability to lead a team in meeting tights deadlines and shifting priorities. Demonstrates strong proficiency in conflict resolution by effectively identifying and addressing issues in a calm, constructive manner. Solid working knowledge of entertainment industry equipment and connectivity. Proficiency in time management, with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on achieving results. Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members. Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications :
At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role with comparable responsibilities is required. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Technical Theatre (or equivalent professional experience) is required. Live Entertainment Production or Stagehand experience preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting plots and technical drawings. Valid Driver's License. Industry certifications are a plus: ETCP, CTS, OSHA 30, PMP. Physical Working Conditions:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Work at heights on ladders, lifts and stage grids. Physical ability to walk, crawl and work in difficult positions and areas. Work in various temperatures and outdoor weather conditions. Work "on-call" as needed including some nights, weekends, and holidays. Work long hours and overtime as required. Able to Travel (possibly with short notice).
