Lead and manage water mitigation projects, from initial damage assessment through completion, ensuring the highest level of client care and project execution. Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle, and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate field teams and resources to ensure swift response and timely completion of projects, adhering to company standards of client compassion and professional excellence. Develop and implement mitigation plans, assessing damages, determining scope of work, and creating detailed project timelines and budgets. Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained, including work orders, progress reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to ensure alignment and project coordination. Monitor environmental impact and implement eco-friendly solutions wherever possible, promoting environmental stewardship in all restoration practices. Lead and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and upholding company values in daily operations. Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and technologies to continuously enhance service delivery and project outcomes. Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, specifically in water damage restoration or a related industry. Strong knowledge of water mitigation processes, industry regulations, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff in fast-paced, high-pressure situations. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools. IICRC certification or similar industry accreditation is preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
