is seeking a talented Construction Project Coordinator. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Infrastructure and Acquisition Branch.

Responsibilities: Assisting in planning minor construction projects, Assisting in documentation for the branch Reviewing and summarizing construction documentation Creating Presentations using Powerpoint Coordinating with users and departments and maintaining communication Providing updates to users Scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes Assisting in technical writing and reviewing all Acquisition documents The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Knowledgeable of MS Office Suite Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation using standardized templates Ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Professional Certifications: N/A Education: B.S. in associated field Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Years of Professional Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience As partners in our team's success, we offer a comprehensive compensation structure that includes competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, referral bonuses, and more. The projected compensation range for this position is $63,000 to $65,000 (annualized USD). The estimated compensation represents the standard salary range for a position of this kind, reflecting just one factor of the comprehensive compensation structure and benefits package offered to Tria employees.
