Job Description:

We are looking to add a Senior Associate, Media Planner working on our client in the CPG space. You will work with a supportive team of people who are invested providing you with opportunities to build both your confidence and your skillset. You will report into the Associate Director on the team. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, NY.

As the Senior Associate, Media Planner, you will demonstrate a working knowledge of the media space, for digital and traditional media and available media research. Some primary responsibilities include:

Helping develop communications strategy for brand and assigned campaigns Assisting with media plan output, accuracy, and overall excellence Partnering with activation department leads to outline appropriate processes and timelines Fostering relationships with media community; continue to develop publisher and higher relationships for exchange of ideas Assisting with QA, budgeting, and billing Conducting reporting

Qualifications:

1+ years of Traditional and Digital Media Planning Experience Exposure to audience research and targeting Understanding of , Running Reach Frequencies, Reporting, and Budgeting Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Some experience with: MediaTools, Prisma, AdIntel, Vivex, and Reach Frequency tools Experience presenting to and owning client relationships Involvement in tactical planning

The anticipated salary range for this position is 53K- 80K. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
