This position is responsible for providing manual testing. Aligns skills and resources, monitors, manages, and controls IT projects. Provides oversight of quality assurance. Researches, collects, and evaluates project data necessary to meet project reporting and evaluation requirements. Designs and develops test scenarios to meet customer requirements. Develops, maintains, updates, and oversees project plans and schedules using tools established by customer. Identifies and documents project issues, testing defects, and design clarifications. Monitors and maintains test plan and process. Monitors project performance, report status, and assists with the creation of action plans to promote adherence to project schedules. Provides recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position. Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree,

AND:

12 months IT Project Management experience or related experience. Equivalency/Substitution:

Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's Degree for a total of 60 months related experience

Skills:

Ability to speak, read and write clear, concise English Proficient in Microsoft Office Detail orientated for accuracy of data and information Strong initiative to solve problems Certifications:

None

Physical: Sits for prolonged periods. Use of a computer. Communicates effectively and listens. Manual dexterity. Environmental: Standard Office Environment.
