Responsibilities:
•
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the restoration process, including clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and restoration technicians.
•
Damage Assessment:
Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the extent of the damage and the required restoration procedures. This involves inspecting structural elements, assessing water or fire damage, and identifying potential hazards.
•
Project Estimation:
Assess the scope of damage in properties affected by disasters. Use knowledge of construction process and workflow to calculate the costs involved in repairs and renovations while considering materials, labor and equipment required to restore property to its former state. Work with insurance adjusters to arrive at an agreed upon scope of work using Xactimate estimating software. Produce supplemental estimates and change orders as the project requires.
•
Resource Management:
Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure that restoration projects are completed on time and within budget. This may involve scheduling subcontractors, ordering supplies, and coordinating equipment rentals.

Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and guidance to restoration teams, including technicians, contractors, and other personnel. Delegate tasks appropriately, provide training as needed, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Client Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the restoration process. Keep clients informed about project progress, address any concerns or questions they may have, and ensure their satisfaction with the restoration outcomes.

Quality Control: I mplement quality control measures to ensure that restoration work meets industry standards and client expectations. Conduct inspections of completed work, identify any deficiencies, and take corrective action as necessary.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to protect both workers and occupants of the restored properties. Implement appropriate safety measures, provide necessary personal protective equipment, and conduct safety training for restoration personnel.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all aspects of the restoration project, including work performed, materials used, and communication with clients and stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports for clients, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies as required.

Problem Solving:
Identify and address any challenges or issues that arise during the restoration process promptly and effectively. Develop solutions to overcome obstacles, minimize delays, and ensure project success.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory changes related to restoration work. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of restoration processes.
