Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for new admissions and referred residents; develop a plan of care with goals, prognosis, and discharge planning. Accurately complete daily billing and document resident progress in Optima HCS. Provide treatment using current techniques, following physician orders, AOTA guidelines, and state standards. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
