Job Description:
As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing our financial activities. You will handle tasks such as preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial reports, statements, and records for accuracy and compliance. Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Conduct monthly and quarterly close processes. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Work with external auditors and support audits by providing required information. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational efficiencies. Qualifications:
Minimum Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks Online a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
