Job Summary:

The Project Manager III will support the US Early Assets Therapeutic Area (TA) Teams with strategy execution and project deliverables.

This role involves managing the progress of deliverables, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely integrations within the global development strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in early pipeline development and project management in the pharmaceutical industry, working closely with both US and Global teams.

Key Responsibilities: Support the US Early Assets TA Teams with asset deliverables and strategy execution. Document and track progress on deliverables and milestone completion, identifying project risks and potential timeline impacts. Collaborate with the US Early Assets TA Teams to prepare and update the US Early Integrated Asset Plan (eIAP) and Asset Evidence Plan (AEP). Ensure the US deliverable plan is current and aligned with the global development strategy. Lead project management activities, supporting US and Global governance meetings (e.g., TALT, CEC). Build project deliverables, including kickoff presentations, meeting decks, status memos, and final presentations. Coordinate internal resources for efficient development of early portfolio assets. Seek opportunities to innovate and embrace ambiguous situations, resolving issues proactively. Collaborate with the US Capability Owner to implement processes, standards, and tools for consistent collaboration. Oversee workstream deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Partner with global SPM to align and maintain consistency in planning and timeline activities. Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of pharmaceutical experience, with at least two (2) years in early pipeline development, new product launch, and strategy development. Proven project management and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to resolve conflicts and influence teams without direct authority. Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking within a matrixed organization. Bachelor's degree in business, science, medicine, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications:

MBA, PharmD, or an advanced graduate degree is highly preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification. Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience. Experience working on global teams or with cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in pharmaceutical product launches and early pipeline asset management. Familiarity with the governance structures of global pharmaceutical decision-making processes.
