Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership Oversee the management of successful construction projects Prepare and analyze bids Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects Travel to job site 1-2 days a week MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering Experience on mid to large size projects 10+ years of experience preferred Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers Preconstruction experience Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC Interpersonal communication Ability to adapt to ensure project success Valid drivers license REQUIRED Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects What's on Offer
