Talent Sourcing Specialist - ASRC Talent Solutions JOB SUMMARY We are searching for a motivated team player who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will support the ASRC Talent Solutions team by helping source new applicants for upcoming opportunities, helping to build candidate pipelines, posting jobs, matching applicants with prospective clients, setting appointments, assisting new hires through the hiring process, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for the team.
Reports directly to the ASRC Talent Solutions Operations Manager and is eligible for hybrid work schedule after 90 days of employment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers and associates by maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships. Navigate multiple operating systems, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Post vacancy announcements on LinkedIn and/or social media. Accept inbound calls from new and existing customers, and proactively help to grow our business by contacting customers and upselling, generating repeat sales, price quoting, resolving customer problems, and escalating concerns. Proactively recruit new applicants by developing creative sourcing tactics. Match applicants with our customers open positions and ensure that the match works great for both the job seeker and our customer. Create and publish job ads in various portals online Schedule interviews and keep calendars for hiring team and candidates Greet and assist interviewees onsite or virtually as needed Maintain positions listings in our applicant tracking system database Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas) Request background checks and pre-employment Drug tests for new hires Prepare regular and ad-hoc report templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics for the ATS team Assist ATS Operations Manager in helping to screen resumes and job applications Track hiring metrics including time-to-post, applicant count, interviews, time-to-hire, and source of hire Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a shared database of potential candidates for future job openings Comply with Company and customer policies and procedures. Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations. Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years' experience in Customer service and/or sales Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Requires a valid driver's license PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
