My client is a fast-growing commercial general contractor with a strong focus on medical, laboratory, public, retail, office, and multi-family construction. They are committed to strategic growth and plan to double our revenue over the next five years. Our projects typically range from $5M-$10M+, and they are heavily invested in expanding their market presence. With a projected revenue of $45M in 2024 and a goal of $65M for 2025, they're seeking passionate individuals to join their dedicated team, working predominantly on local projects with select regional clients. Job Description
Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture Creates and reviews project schedules Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site Travel is minimal MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor Bachelor's degree in construction field required Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate Success driven Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus What's on Offer
