My client is a design build contractor with in-house architects and engineers who have created a client base of repeat customers that currently generates $45M in annual revenue with growth anticipated for 2025. Because of the anticipated growth and current workload this role will come in and not only manage projects but participate in operational responsibilities. Job Description
Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers Assist in potential business development meetings and proposals Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture Creates and reviews project schedules Partner with client from preconstruction phase through closeout Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site Travel is minimal Apply today and your resume will be considered within 24 hours.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor Bachelor's degree in construction field required Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects Positive attitude & able to effectively communicate Success driven Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus What's on Offer
