My client is a well-known general contractor headquartered in St. Louis with local projects in the area. Their approach to working with their clients is a full-scale design-build approach, working with them from the initial conception through closeout. Due to the growth and demand they're experiencing, they are in need of more leadership in their St. Louis operation. The work that they do will be in a variety of sectors but primarily educational, healthcare, multifamily, municipal, recreational, and retail. Job Description

Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more Lead potential business development meetings and proposals Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs Establish office culture - lead from the front Overseeing subcontractors & assigned scopes of the project Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures Apply now and your resume will be considered within 24 hours.

The Successful Applicant

At least 10 years of experience with a general contractor Bachelor's in applicable construction field preferred Experience leading ground up construction projects up to $40M+ in scope preferred Exposure to design/build work Past experience in a preconstruction or estimator role is a plus Leadership characteristics and experience Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus Procore proficient What's on Offer
