***ASSISTANT LAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER****

Assistant Land Development Manager ! This is a great company to work with that has amazing benefits and growth opportunities.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in land development, civil engineering, or utility management, with hands-on field experience. Prefer but NOT required a degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field. Strong understanding of land use regulations, permitting processes, and utility infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs. Compensation/Benefits
