Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Springfield responsibilities include:
Support the Project Manager in all stages of project planning and execution Engage in a mix of public and private sector projects, including public libraries, educational facilities, and multifamily developments Contribute to budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project reporting Utilize project management software for documentation and tracking, with training provided as needed Work collaboratively to ensure clear communication across team members and clients RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders Site visits as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The Assistant Project Manager - Springfield should have:
1-3 years of experience in construction project management within sectors such as commercial, public, multifamily, or higher education. We are open to candidates who are technologically adaptable and willing to train on specific construction management tools.
