Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager will be:
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely completion. Document Control: Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders, ensuring proper organization and distribution. Subcontractor Management:
Support communication and coordination with subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines. Budget Oversight: Help track project expenses, monitor budgets, and assist with change orders and invoicing. The successful Assistant Project Manager will be:
1-4 years of APM experience Commutable within 1 hour to Burlington, VT Multifamily Senior Living, K-12 Schools, Restaurant, Retail, General Commercial experience What's on Offer
