Description: • We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering reliable, high-quality software. • This role involves developing test plans, executing test cases, and maintaining automated test suites to ensure the smooth release of software systems. • The ideal candidate will bring expertise in automation tools, programming, and QA methodologies while contributing to process improvements and innovation within the team.
Responsibilities: • Gain a deep understanding of system components to provide development teams with precise information for issue resolution. • Create comprehensive test plans based on technical designs and product requirements. • Execute test scripts and cases to ensure quality software releases, including onsite testing of hardware and custom devices. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into continuous integration pipelines. • Oversee releases on a consistent schedule, monitoring system changes using metrics and logs. • Continuously develop skills and contribute to team growth.
Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing. • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar platforms. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality solutions.
Desired Skills: • Experience with hardware testing, robotics, or IoT systems is a significant plus. • Familiarity with test management tools such as Xray is beneficial. • Exposure to testing machine learning or AI applications is advantageous.
Compensation: Pay Range: $105000-$150000
