Description: • We are seeking a Director of Analytics to lead our data analytics team and drive the alignment of analytics and business intelligence strategies with organizational objectives. • This role, reporting to the Vice President of Technology and Innovation, focuses on developing and enhancing data-driven tools and processes to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a key expert in analytical methodologies and strategic planning. • Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering professional development and growth. • Advocate for data-driven decisions, particularly in areas like consumer analytics, marketing, and business investments. • Establish and track business performance indicators, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes on analytics projects. • Identify and manage opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency. Keep abreast of evolving industry trends to continually enhance the department's impact.

Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred). • Over ten years of experience in data analytics or data warehousing, with at least five years in a leadership role. • Proven ability to build and manage cross-functional analytics teams and oversee complex projects. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, data visualization software, and relevant programming languages. • Familiarity with data management technologies and statistical testing methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills: • Experience working with data integration and large-scale data processing systems. • Knowledge of advanced data science techniques and best practices.

Compensation: Pay Range: $105000-$150000
