Project Manager - General Contractor - Raleigh

will be a key leader with a wealth of experience in healthcare, life science, and commercial projects. If you have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects and want to make an impact in the healthcare and commercial space, this role will provide you with an exciting platform for opportunity.

The

Project Manager - General Contractor - Raleigh

will be responsible for:

Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient execution. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact, and providing frequent project updates to align on goals and expectations. Leading and mentoring construction teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency. Negotiating contracts and managing vendor relations to maintain project timelines and budgets. Identifying and mitigating risks across all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Overseeing inspections to guarantee adherence to regulatory codes and industry standards. Facilitating strong communication across project teams, promoting collaboration and a seamless workflow. Monitoring progress and implementing course corrections as needed to meet project milestones and overall objectives.
