Job Description
The
Pr
oject Manager - Commercial & Interiors - Raleigh
will be responsible for:
Leading commercial renovation projects from inception through completion. Reviewing plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure alignment. Processing, reviewing, and tracking submittals in a timely manner. Preparing comprehensive scope of work letters for subcontractors. Initiating change orders and soliciting competitive bids from subcontractors. Maintaining detailed logs for procurement, submittals, and RFIs to ensure effective project tracking. Managing project deadlines to ensure all timelines are met. Coordinating with project team members to facilitate communication and efficiency. Ensuring positive client feedback and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Building and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the
Project Manager - Commercial & Interiors - Raleigh
role should have the following experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field highly preferred. A minimum of five years of project management experience in commercial construction. Proven track record managing projects valued between $1 million and $20 million. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, and scheduling practices. Proficiency in relevant software applications to facilitate project management. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork. What's on Offer
