As an HR Generalist, you will support this mission by implementing and managing human resources programs that attract, motivate, retain, and develop our most valuable resource: our people.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Solutions:

Identify and implement strategies to support organizational transformation, focusing on talent development, performance management, succession planning, and fostering an inclusive culture. Employee Relations:

Lead and engage employees in assessing the employee relations climate and address any issues that arise. Policy Administration:

Administer HR policies and programs, recommend and implement necessary revisions, and ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, FMLA, OSHA, EEO, and ADA. Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process, working closely with hiring managers to successfully integrate and retain new employees. Development:

In conjunction with the HR Director, develop and implement comprehensive leadership training programs. Requirements

Recruitment and Selection:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Promote the company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives Build relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations to attract emerging talent. Participate in job fairs, career events and other networking opportunities. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers. Manage the offer process, including wage negotiations and pre-employment screening. HR Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, policy violations, and other workplace issues. Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall HR effectiveness. Serve as support and/or backup for additional areas of Human Resource functions as needed, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to all HR policies and procedures. Perform other special projects as assigned. Development:

In conjunction with the HR Director, develop and implement comprehensive leadership training programs. Design, deliver, and evaluate training workshops, seminars, and e-learning programs. Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentation slides. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics. Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and program outcomes. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in leadership development. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venues, and materials. Provide ongoing support and coaching to participants. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze HR metrics and recruitment data to inform hiring decisions and improve retention. Utilize data and metrics to refine and optimize HR and recruitment strategies. Manage the recruitment budget to ensure plans are well-funded and budgets aligned. Present regular reports on HR and recruitment metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or related work experience. Strictly adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and laws, including but not limited ADA, EEO, ERISA, FMLA, OSHA regulations. Proven ability to influence all levels of leadership. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and HR functions. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, ATS and other HR software.
