Fibreworks Composites was founded in 2009 and is privately owned by Guenther Steiner and Joe Hofmann. In 2019 Joe and Guenther decided to launch an AS9100 / ISO certified sister company called Composite Factory. Composite Factory's primary focus is to diversify our business into Aerospace, Aero structures, Aviation and Defense, and the Medical industries that require a higher level of traceability and certification. Job Summary:

Responsible for leading cross-functional teams in support of all AS9100 Quality Management Systems certification activities, including auditing, planning, implementing and maintaining processes, and systems.

Job Role:

Principal Accountabilities:

30% - QMS Optimization & Maintenance Assist with effective Quality Management System throughout the company Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business Lead plant AS9100 certification and compliance Organize and manage the plant internal audit Assist with customer lead audits Host external vendor Quality System audits Assist in training/guidance to other auditors 60% - Planning / Documentation / Monitoring / Reporting

Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement quality plans, inspection processes, test methodologies, quality documents and reports Develop and conduct training programs for inspection processes, ensuring thorough oversight and compliance in the production of composite parts Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system Manage the nonconformance reporting (NCR) system and assist closure on internal and external NCs. Facilitate formal analysis, problem solving (RCCA), develop training based on NCR trends Prepare and update Quality documents such as SOPs, work instructions, forms and compliance documentation Support and lead process improvement activities 10% - Other activities

Assist with training of quality awareness Must adhere to health and safety procedures, and all workplace policies Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications:

APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) experience Experience with composite inspection (NDI) techniques and methods Experience with GD&T, Metrology and Calibration Experience in aerospace-related manufacturing environment Certification as an AS9100 auditor Experience in customer facing Quality initiatives Familiarity and application of PFMEA Familiarity and application of PPAP What You Will Bring to the Team:

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline 3 years of experience in an AS9100/ISO9001 manufacturing role (preferred) Basic knowledge of composite material related manufacturing equipment and processes a plus Strong technical writing skills, the ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams and all departments in the business Ability to lead and contribute independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be positive, and be people oriented Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, ERP Software, PowerBi, or other relevant data mining software applications ASQ - CQA certified lead auditor or training, with hands on implementation and assessment is a plus ASQ Quality Engineer certification is a plus Able to demonstrate solid knowledge and application of root cause analysis tools for process improvements and corrective action effectiveness Strong organizational and communication skills Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident What Fibreworks Will Bring to You:

Regular Hours of Work:

Normal Business Hours 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Mon-Fri; Weekends, Holidays and work hours as scheduled by Management.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Combination of indoor and outdoor activities with varying conditions Requires walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, bending, reaching, handling, stooping, kneeling, and crouching Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds May involve operating material handling equipment in a safe manner Work may include exposure to variable noise levels, fumes, airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, etc., requiring personal protective equipment Some positions may require working with small parts/components, necessitating excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
