Provide administrative support as assigned to support the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team. Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Grid Investment programs. Coordinate with GIC contractors and inspectors as needed to ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation. Prepare monthly accruals for Grid Investment programs. Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed. Track project expenses and assist in budget management. Assist in the organization of construction-related documentation. Support Team Leader in contract administration tasks. Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience required. Intermediate (or greater) proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. CAMP experience a plus. JETS experience a plus. Fiber experience a plus. Distribution experience a plus.
