Construction Analyst (Calera, AL ) Duration 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as assigned to assist the Grid Investment Construction (GIC) team.
- Invoice Auditing & Reconciliation: Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Grid Investment programs. Ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation by coordinating with GIC contractors and inspectors as needed.
- Accrual Preparation: Prepare monthly accruals for Grid Investment programs.
- Project Data & Metrics Review: Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed.
- Expense Tracking & Budget Management: Track project expenses and assist in managing project budgets.
- Construction Documentation Organization: Assist in organizing construction-related documentation.
- Contract Administration Support: Support the Team Leader in contract administration tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience is required.
- Technical Skills:
- Intermediate or greater proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Preferred Experience:
- CAMP experience is a plus.
- JETS experience is a plus.
- Fiber experience is a plus.
- Distribution experience is a plus.
- Utility experience is a plus.
