Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software What's on Offer
