Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors Prepare reports, including progress reports and financial reports Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management Passion for relationship building and client service Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes What's on Offer

Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 (based on experience) Potential for 10% or more in yearly bonus (has been paid all but one year) Potential for 10% in yearly profit sharing (has been paid all but one year) 3-4 weeks of PTO 401(k) with 3% match Healthcare covered 85% by the company Mileage reimbursement at the state's standard mileage rate Consistent opportunities for professional development and excellent leadership Other benefits not listed
