ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Staff Accountant, your responsible for performing bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end closing activities
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform bank reconciliations for 100 centers reconciliation software. Research and reconcile all discrepancies. Compile unmatched transaction reports and collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to resolve issues. Upload banking reports into reconciliation software monthly. Assist with month-end closing activities (journal entries, revenue recognition, account reconciliations and analyses) with efficiency and accuracy. Assist in data analytics by using various systems and tools to support digital automation initiatives. Work collaboratively with the corporate accounting and finance team members to achieve accurate and timely results. Other duties as assigned. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science ("BS")/ Bachelor of Arts ("BA") in Accounting, Finance, or related field is the minimum requirement At least 3-4 years' experience in accounting Office experience within an accounting environment preferred Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") accounting preferred YOUR SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to asses' multiple options and identify the best choice to serve a specific goal Utilize superior organizational and attention to detail Able to work under time constraints and pressure Work independently and self-motivated Professional image YOUR KEY BENEFITS
