Your expertise in occupational therapy will be crucial in assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care.Key Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient assessments and develops personalized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy interventions, including assessment, care planning, education, and equipment recommendations. Ensure the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism in interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. Adhere to hospital safety standards and contribute to a positive work environment. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. Assist in training and mentoring new employees and therapy students.
