Job Description
Develop detailed project plans, including time-lines, budgets, and resource requirements Only on-site one day a week, in office for other 4. Ability to estimate during the project Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion Ensure that projects are completed within the scope, time-line, and budget outlined in the project plan Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules, and progress reports MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management 5+ years of experience in Construction Have run multiple projects from conception to completion Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients JOC experience is required Estimating experience preferred What's on Offer
