We are looking for a AEM developer with the below skills and who should be a team player and who has worked previously as an Adobe Experience Manager to support web and mobile applications with minimum 8 year of experience.

Technical Skills: Manage and Configure AEM: Oversee the setup and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager to support web and mobile applications. Content Management: Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to ensure high-quality content delivery. User Experience Optimization: Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to enhance digital content and ensure a seamless user experience. Interaction Design: Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces using interaction design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Invision Studio, and Axure. Performance Monitoring: Regularly audit site performance and implement improvements to optimize user experience and site functionality. Technical Support: Provide guidance and support for AEM users and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues as they arise. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all digital content complies with web standards and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and interaction design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and interaction design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InVision Studio, Axure). Design Skills: Strong understanding of graphic design and visual presentation. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work with UX design teams and Marketing leaders to ensure objectives are met. Communication: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
