Job Description
Project Support : Assist Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Documentation : Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate. Client Interaction : Engage with clients to address project requirements and ensure satisfaction. Technology Utilization : Use and manage construction management software; willing to train on specific CM technologies. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the ten-person office team, ensuring a good cultural fit and team synergy. The Successful Applicant
Experience : 1-3 years in a related role within commercial, public, multifamily, or higher education construction projects. Technical Skills : Familiarity with construction management software; willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Location : Must be easily commutable to the Northampton office; flexibility for occasional remote work upon request. Professional Traits : Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks effectively. What's on Offer
Competitive Compensation :
Base Salary : $65,000 - $90,000, based on experience and fit. Health Benefits : 100% employer-paid health benefits for employees and family members.
