General Contractor in the St. Louis area with a strong pipeline of projects in a variety of commercial secotrs. This company is rapidly growing with plans to double their revenue in the next 5 years. The position involves consulting partners from conception including feasibility, design, preconstruction, contractor selection, construction stage management, and through completion and turnover. Job Description

The Successful Applicant
10+ years of construction experience - ideally with a General Contractor. Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process. Estimating/Preconstruction experience is a plus. Carpentry background or electrical experience is a plus Potential to grow into leadership roles Strong presentation and desire to client face What's on Offer
Base salary $115,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience PTO Healthcare Dental Vision Car allowance Life insurance Paid holidays Discretionary bonuses
