Job Description
Commit yourself to the overall success of projects Leading teams and building consensus Building effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, and team members on a foundation of trust and cooperation Developing and executing plans to meet customer requirements and expectations, project deadlines, and quality standards Negotiating contracts, considering appropriate levels of risk Promoting a positive professional culture and work environment Solving problems and identifying value engineering ideas Managing project budgets and schedules and communicating transparently when risks to budgets or schedules arise Driving efforts to minimize the project schedule by developing, updating, and building consensus around challenging and achievable schedules Coordinating with internal and external partners Attending Owner and Architect meetings, distributing agendas and meeting minutes 1-2 trips per month for a few days each time MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5-8+ years of Project Management experience in Construction Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and/or related field(s) Ground-up construction experience required Wood-framed Structure and Multi-Family experience is a plus! Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) What's on Offer
Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000, dependent on experience Bonus Vehicle Allowance 401(k) Health Insurance Negotiable PTO
