Job Description
Consulting owner on project feasibility and delivery methods Leading weekly owner meetings with all stakeholders Assisting preconstruction efforts with Precon team Assist in project buyout Work closely with subcontractors/designers/engineers/inspectors/city officials Manage project budgets and schedules Lead project teams Travel as needed to construction site (1-2 days a month) Participate in project closeout MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
8-15+ years of construction industry experience 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Multi-family and/or Wood-framed construction strongly preferred Project experience $10M-$20M+ Degree preferred Prior GC experience Strong communication skills Open to collaboration Eager and motivated What's on Offer
