General Responsibilities:
The role involves reviewing and auditing price exceptions to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally, the individual will manage customer accruals for various programs, including the creation of journal entries. This position also provides crucial financial support for the invoice-to-net process, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations.
Duties:
Help manage customer accruals, along with a team
Prepare and post regular journal entries
Perform monthly SOX compliance activities.
Collaborate with Corporate Shared Services, Financial Leads, Sales Team and Customer Service to prevent and resolve customer claims.
Manage month – end close activities for invoice to net lines of P&L, including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
Assist in the review of customer checkbooks and spend analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related work experience.
Analytical, perceptive and a critical thinker.
Cross-functional teamwork experience
Strong PC and mainframe computer system skills
Self-motivated, capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
