Position Summary & Responsibilities:

The purpose for this position is to provide project management coordination and administrative support to the program manager workgroup on the Career, Standards and Assessment Services team. The position is responsible for handling incoming requests for professional learning and management of training days and website events.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Three years of experience in project management, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

Preferred Skills and/or Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; Proficient in basic website organization and management; Training in general office procedures or office management; Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of software application; Experience in MS Office programs and QuickBooks; Experience with project management software; Knowledge in business correspondence and effective business English; Effective written and oral communication skills; Effective interpersonal, problem solving and teaming skills; Ability to work independently and be a self-initiator; Flexible; Ability to work effectively in a team environment; Ability to accurately complete detailed work; and Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks. Preferred Experience:
