We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified Cleared Project Execution Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to oversee the successful execution of facilities and logistics projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, facilities operations, and logistics, along with an active security clearance. The Project Execution Manager will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards of security compliance.

Responsibilities : Coordinate and schedule furniture deliveries and installation with government assigned project manager (PM) and/or COR. Provide packing slips to Project Manager (PM) and/or COR NLT 3 days prior to truck arrival. Perform project pre-survey walkouts before delivery and installation of project. Schedule appropriately sized installation crew size and duration of project based on project size. Provide project duration information to Government PM COR. Project install durations under 4 hours must be escorted by cleared contractor. Coordinate with POMM to provide red-lined drawings to Government PM COR. Inform the Government on issues concerning furniture execution activities; to include but not limited to: updates, changes, delays, and partial shipments of product. Facilitate weekly project tracking meeting between the contractor and government. Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Top-Secret security clearance with SCI required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with substantial experience in managing facilities and logistics projects. Active security clearance required. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams. Proven track record of successful project execution in a government or military environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
