Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6) Responsible for oversight of all production lines in the Bag Line Department including set up and daily operation. Ensures production variance is reviewed daily and reported in weekly and monthly KPI and financial reviews with RCA and action items. Monitor and manage the department's budget, controlling expenses related to packaging materials, labor, and equipment maintenance. Work closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth, integrated operations and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Ensure all lines are running efficiently and immediately report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance manager and immediate supervisor. Position Requirements:
Education and experience required: BA or BS in Management or a related field from four-year College or university. 3 to 5 years Food Manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent training and experience. Demonstrated experience with quality and safety regulations, such as HACCP, GMP, or ISO standards. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual, PCQI certified, and LSS familiarity. Must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks as assigned and provide positive inputs to set priorities and the abilities to make sound decisions while working on tasks in a timely manner. Benefits:
