The Role: Project Manager
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our restoration projects from start to finish. This is your chance to showcase your leadership skills, technical expertise, and compassion in a role that truly matters.
What You'll Do
Lead with Purpose: Guide our projects from design to completion, ensuring we deliver top-quality restoration work that exceeds client expectations. Build Strong Relationships: Be the face of Big Bear, fostering trust and open communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors. Drive Financial Success: Take ownership of project financials, from budgeting to collections, ensuring our work is both impactful and sustainable. Collaborate and Inspire: Work closely with estimators and other team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally. Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek ways to enhance our processes, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. What You Bring to the Table
A passion for helping others and making a positive impact in your community 5+ years of experience in the restoration industry, with at least 3 years in project management or estimation IICRC certification and proficiency in Xactimate software A high school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus!) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with grace Why Big Bear Restoration?
